If you have a scheduled training session and items must arrive before a specific date, please reply by email and add to the Subject line: "Please advise if order# (your number) can arrive before MM/DD/YYYY (month, day, year)". We will either confirm that it can arrive before your "Must arrive before" date or reply with the following one or two options that you may choose from:
1. To cancel your order
2. To pay extra for required shipping arrival time (in cases that we have to source out item other than our standard supplier/manufacturers).
Upon checkout, your shipping charges may show a sum of $0.00 This may happen because your items shows free shipping but this may also happen in different cases when shipping is not free, mostly when one or more of your items exceed the UPS rate calculator maximum weight). In this case, we will e-mail you separately -- before we process your order -- a shipping/trucking quote, will finalize your order and ask you for confirmation of order, once you approve the charges.
Free shipping applies only to The contiguous United States (48 adjoining U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico, plus the District of Columbia). This excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. If you would like to receive a purchase order, then please go through the order process (add to shopping cart, checkout, etc), and once you reach the billing information page, choose under the "Payment Method," -> "PURCHASE ORDER" as a billing method. If you have a PO#, enter it there. Depending on your company info, we will decide if you are eligible for a Purchase Order. We may e-mail you an easy one page BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATION. Please note mail orders that don't have a Mass Group order number attached, may get delayed in process. You will also receive an approximate time for shipping according to availability of item and mail process. If it’s an international order, you will receive by email the International Shipping costs along with Wire Transfer details to add to your order. NOT FULLY SATISFIED? HERE'S HOW TO RETURN
Most Items have a 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. Only the price of the item will be refunded - not shipping and handling. Customers are expected to pay for any shipping fee related to the return of merchandise, unless the item arrives damaged or is not complete. Please note some items that their codes start with "L – " or "AM “ or "NA that doesn't follow with LF) may not have a return policy or may have a different return policy, since they are third party products. Call us Toll Free: 1-800-370-5774 or e-mail us. Please note on subject: "Request for return policy on item# (item code#)." We will then reply with an e-mail to inform you about the return policy for that particular product. All other products (that don't start with "L-" or "AM-") have a 30 day return policy not including 20% restocking fee and shipping charges as noted above.
If not fully satisfied for any reason, please let us know! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines: Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-370-5774 or e-mail Support@DrMass.com to receive the RA # (Return Authorization number). Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging, unsoiled and with labels and/or tags attached, and mailed to the RETURN ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, not to the Florida office address. Write the RA # on a copy of the packing slip and enclose in package. Also write the RA# on the shipping label provided, and place on outside of box. Packages will be refused if the RA # is missing. Without sending the RA#, we won't be able to exchange or give you a refund. If you no longer have the return address, e-mail us TELLING US WHAT THE ITEM(S) ARE that you are returning + your order number or shipping zip code so that we can find your original order. Mass Group Inc will provide a refund once the item has been returned, examined, and determined that it is in re-sellable condition. If an item is damaged in any way and we can re-sell it at a reduced price, we will reduce your refund by the same amount.
