SERVICE WARRANTY: All products have a 1 year minimum manufacturer warranty with some products having a 3 year Warrenty. For details please email or call with specific item name or code. Warranty is from the date you receive the product.

RETURN POLICY: All Items have a 30-day return policy with a 10% restocking fee . Only the price of the item will be refunded - not shipping and handling. Customers are expected to pay for any shipping fee related to the return of merchandise. If you have any questions regarding a certain item please email or call us.

RETURN PROCEDURE: If not fully satisfied for any reason, please let us know! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines: Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact Customer Care at 646-536-5702 or email Support@DrMass.com to receive a RA# (Return Authorization number). Returned items must be in new condition in original packaging, unsoiled and with labels and/or tags attached, and mailed to the RETURN ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, not to the FL office address. Write the RA# on a copy of the packing slip and enclose in package. Also write the RA# on the shipping label provided, and place on outside of box. Packages will be refused if the RA# is missing. Without an RA# we won't be able to exchange or give you a refund. If you no longer have the return address, email us TELLING US WHAT THE ITEM(S) ARE that you are returning + Your order number or shipping zip code so that we can find your original order. The CPR Manikins & Medical Training Aids Super Store will provide a refund once the item has been returned, examined, and determined that it is in re-sellable condition. If an item is demised in any way, and we can re-sell it at a reduced price, we will reduce your refund by the same amount.
